CRC Employment and Entrepreneurial Services, Inc. (CRCEE, INC.) (Established in 2015 as a 501 (C) 3 nonprofit organization), with the mission to address the socio-economic needs of disenfranchised communities and individuals by counteracting the stigma on business & ownership within those same communities through education and resources.

Vision
Cause a disruption in the current trajectory of poverty within underserved communities. By recognizing the barriers that underserved communities face in employment or entrepreneurship CRCEE, INC. will tediously respond by providing our members with tested and proven high level strategies, innovative trainings, personal empowerment, and one on one mentoring.

Cynthia R Brown affectionately known as “CeCe” saw a need and created a solution. Adapting to fill this void and working to disrupt poverty via employment or entrepreneurship, CRCEE, INC. was created to close the economical gap within minority communities. This dedication came from CeCe’s lifelong passion for service and community. Her background consists of over 25+ years of professional experience, including 14 years of extensive experience in governmental affairs and the life experiences of being a black woman in Milwaukee.
